To cancel for any reason we require a 15 day notice prior to your expected arrival date or your deposit is forfeited with the exception of Holiday weekends/weeks then only 1/2 of your deposit will be returned with a 2 week notice.

DAILY RATES RANGE FROM $100.00 TO $250.00
6% OCCUPANCY TAX MUST BE ADDED TO RATE.
RATES ARE BASED ON TIME OF SEASON AND NUMBER OF GUESTS UP TO 8.

$100.00 to $200.00 SECURITY/CLEANING FEE IS REQUIRED UPON YOUR ARRIVAL IN A SEPARATE CHECK, IF PROPERTY IS LEFT AS YOUR FOUND IT THEN THE FEE IS RETURNED, IF ANYTHING IS BROKEN OR ANY CLEANING NEEDS TO BE DONE THEN IT IS PRO-RATED UPON THE CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY WHEN YOU LEAVE.
